DON'T buy from them - the bags stink of petrol and are thick and heavy before you put anything into them. Then they expect you to ship $43 bag to The Netherlands when they are obviously made in China.
They come bent as well. They must remove all negative comments and reviews because I checked before I purchased 2 bags and there wasn't anything negative but i can see a couple now.
Total Scam - avoid!

I ordered a number of items online.
When the order arrived, I realised one item wasn't sent.
I emailed the website and return email to order confirmation - 4 weeks no reply...
I raised a paypal resolution, they asked me if I am saying the item was missing.
I replied yes.
They didn't reply again!
Paypal procedure required escalation and I have done this.

If you are selling online the minimum you have to do is send an item and secondly communicate with the client!
Disappointing cause I had flagged a few things to order more.

I have just discovered they have a pdf of my ebook on the site for unlimited download!
This is a book I sell!
I have sent an email to them and will update the results.
I am furious!

Ordered Sunday needed for Thursday.

Website says: "We use eParcel and couriers. Delivery will take 1-2 days for Eastern States

No goods and no reply to my emails and social media messages.

No email with tracking info or updates.

Called number and recorded message says they are too busy to answer - leave a message and they will call back - but they don't!

Son bought shoes on this site and by the time I looked at it, it was too late.
They are not at all affiliated with the brand.
The address on the website says USA and after the order was placed, he received an email from China asking for all the delivery info he had already put into the site.
We cancelled the card used in the order straight away.

They charged the card a higher value than was authorised! We are disputing it now.
Avoid.
