In the packaging before I actually got the dress out. They refused a refund saying the quality was fine! I've just seen the same dresses receiving bad reviews from other customers saying "very pretty but the glitter falls off". Why can't BABYBOO refund if customers are unhappy with the quality? It's just so so bad. I've never had a company refuse to refund when clearly the quality of the garments is simply not good enough. I strongly advise people not to buy from BABYBOO as they are just out for the money and not customer satisfaction.
