If I could give them a negative rating I would. First off they do not offer samples. Secondly, their website showed a photo of (2' x 2') dark gray carpet with no color in the description. When the carpet arrived it was blue. We called and discussed with them the problem and asked if we could exchange the carpet for another color. They said that we would have to pay for shipping both ways and a 25% restocking fee. We talked to several different people in an effort to get the fee waived since we were exchanging the product due to their poorly designed website. FastFloors said it was the manufacturers policy and they could not do anything about it. We contacted the manufacturer and they informed us that they don't charge a restocking fee. When we told FastFloors this information, they said sorry, we will charge you a 25% restocking fee regardless. We sent the carpet back to the manufacturer, which is where it came from and disputed the charge with our CC company. Now FastFloors is claiming that we owe them the whole amount! Crooks and poor customer service are nice words describing this company. Stay away, far away. Instead go to * like we did!
