I created an account ($9.97 monthly) to help my daughter find her father. When it came time to closed my VF account, I sent an email to *******@vetfriends.com asking that my account be closed. When they didn't respond via email, I called their customer number *******618 but, had to leave a voicemail due to high volume of calls. That was a month ago! I've had to contact my bank to dispute the charges (since August 2021). VF refused to give a refund and had the audacity to charge my credit again, after my dispute! I had to contact my bank again to dispute this latest charge, and cancel my credit card to stop VF from continuing to charge me.
