I was upset because I had wasted my money and would have had to write another letter. But I was surprised when the agency returned my money and the manager Ksenia wrote that ''We are returning the email credit to you because it is obvious that you mistakenly pressed the 'send' button''. I was pleasantly surprised by such a high level of service.
