I ordered some aftershave for my husband on 9th December and after waiting until 2 days before Christmas I asked where my order was and was told that it would be delivered on 8th January. It didn't turn up. I contacted customer "care" again only to be told that it would arrive on the 15th January. It didn't turn up. I pointed out that they had taken £35 from my account quick enough and I either wanted a full refund or my item pronto. Nothing. Eventually I threatened them with the fraud police and the financial ombudsman and, surprise surprise, it arrived four days later SEVEN weeks after I placed my order (even though they totally ignored my e-mail to report them). Avoid these people like the plague, they take your money and don't deliver. I've read other reviews and some people have never received the items the paid for. Avoid!
