I don't know what my package has to do in memphis if I've been waiting for it since yesterday. I have not returned the money for sending over night. I do not intend to recommend or buy again with you.
I have been waiting for my package to be shipped for more than 10 days, when I called customer service they only said that it is no longer their responsibility, to get in contact with pilot, they cannot refund my money from the shipment, they charged me $150 for fast shipping and it's been 10 days already. I was thinking of buying something else there but with poor customer service and delivery delays, I'm not. $#*!ers
Tip for consumers:
If u love waiting more than usual buy from them, they'll give you a delivery date and they do not respect it. I have been waiting for more than 10 days and customer service does not help at all so yeah.
