I been a costumer of AllState for 15 year. Never file a claim. A month ago I found a huge amount of water in my kitchen coming from my refrigerator. Pull the refrigerator and there is damage to my hard wood floors. The person that was assign to my claim discard me without an inspection. After insisting she told me to get my own person to do an assessment because they didn't have anybody in Birmingham, AL. I did and paid a constructor to come. He determinant that I have a long-term damage with a leak in the refrigerator line, however that the burst of the line made the acute amount of water coming from the refrigerator and created damage to the floors. Then a have a second opinion from the company to came to look at the line and have the same conclusion. Not one but two expert opinion. So the original person assign to my claim came up with AllState experts to come. One more time they don't even look closely to both part of the damage area. They so de long term damage and said it wasn't cover only the policy cover damage done by water but recent nor long term. I told there were two expert opinion that there was damage not from the leak but from the complete breakage of the line. They didn't even wrote about this and in a follow up conversation they told me they didn't believe it was a brokerage of the line. I have two expert opinions and they didn't want to cover this claim, call me a lier and didn't want to review the claim. Every time I try to asked for somebody else they will tell me they know my case and all at AllState works as a team. No way to go! I have paid them in 15 year around $54,000. The quote to repair the floor was $3,350. Never file a claim in 15 years... They treat me horrible and had the nerve to tell me they thought I was making it up with to expert opinions in writing. Usually hour on the phone because the volume of the calls were to many and when finally were able to get into the next manager to talk to there was a answered machine. PLEASE, DO NOT GET "ALLSTATE INSURANCE"! They do work as a team against the costumers.
The worst experience ever! For them to call me a lier was the low of all this. I'm a physician well respected in my community and went I told this to the person that came to do the assessment to the damage on the floor he just laughs.
PLEASE, DO NOT USE "ALLSTATE INSURANCE" FOR ANYTHING.

Photos of there ítems are DECEIVING. I was told that from thousand of costumers I'm the first complain about this and the horrible quality of the shoes. Then check on line and they have a 2.8 out of 5 review score. Call back and it seams that the amount of complains for the number of costumers are not to worry about... Costumer Service Horrible! Talk with Stephanie Lead Representative at costumer service. The worst, I have to pay to return the very low quality items that were portrait in the website photos differently! Now I know why they don't pay for returns! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
