"the worst customer service ever. Purchased 2 sweater dresses, on the picture it looked like short dresses, when it arrived it looked more like a regular short sweater, i returned it over a month ago for a store credit, I still dont have that credit, i email customer support, call the sales, nothing, I get nothing back. The site specifically states that I wil get my credit in 10 business days, it has been well over a month and still nothing. I recently received an email from sales stating that I have my credit, well I log into my account and its $0, so I reply back to the email and the email came back to me saying that the message cannot be sent back to that address. Worst customer service ever, I swear, this is so irritating. Totally worthless place. I dont even want a store credit, I just want my money back because I will not be ordering from this rediculous place ever again."
