Ordered sneakers for my grandsons for Christmas. FedEx delivered them to the wrong address. Called FedEx they said to call the store, called the store they said to call FedEx. Well, store said I would get a refund in 12 days. A month later I called back again and finally was issue a refund. Decided to give it another try and order 2 sandals and 1 sneaker for the grandsons again and I received one sandal and one ugly crocs that I did not order. Called the store and gave them all the info on the crocs, order number, name and address of the person who they belonged to. 2 days later I get an email that they were not refunding me for the one sandal and the sneaker I did not received and was instructed to put a claim with the police if my packages were being stolen. I even told the person on the phone I have cameras and that no one was stealing my packages that the first time it was FedEx mistake and the second time it was their mistake. I lost $30 but they lost more. And I'm not returning the ugly crocs that customer in Texas is waiting for. Shame on famous footwear
