So far my experience with Fashionphile has been superb! Much of it is due to a specific customer service employee by the name of Javari. I believe he is in New York. He was very professional, extremely informative, respectful and answered all of my questions. He also helped in giving me the confidence to trust the Fashionphile Company. This and the association your company has with Neiman Marcus did make you stand out among the many resale online companies that I have had misgivings about. For this reason, and this reason only, I inquired about a Louis Vuitton bag from your site that I've been looking for that is very hard to find. Javari took the time to get the purse in his hands and patiently go over its condition with me. In my opinion he is an excellent customer service person. I'll definitely recommend your site to people. I feel good about trusting that the bag is authentic and in good condition. I will give more feedback when I receive the purse.
Your association with Neiman Marcus made my decision to contact Fashionphile. I had a limited edition Louis Vuitton bag stolen from me in January and have been on the look out for one to replace mine. It's a very hard one to find and the sites I have been able to find it on all seem sketchy to me and have bad reviews. The trustworthy name of Neiman's made the difference.
