I ordered a purse after seeing their advertisement on Craigslist. I thought because the site said they were Paypal verified it would be legit. When I placed my order a Red Flag in my mind came up when I saw I was paying someone called *******@gmail.com NOT kioioi.com. I just figured because I was dealing with china this was still okay. A week later, still no confirmation, still no tracking, the online customer service was not active. No one emailed me back and there was no contact from them. I had to file a dispute and it has been 6 days and Kioioi has not responded to them. I will get reimbursed because I used Paypal but it still is a fraud, beware of purchasing anything from them. Then I find out everything they sell is a replica/knockoff so it isn't even genuine.
