Took a vehicle in for a "review" (meaning, I wanted a professional opinion) and basic fluid level check, when picked up it came back with an unrequested oil change which was 3 quarts over filled that had to drained and a transmission level that required 2 more quarts to proper fill. For readers to understanding, I checked pressure levels on the transmission lines with proper scanning tools, if I had not had the tools, Fenton Automotive would have destroyed my vehicle.
You may ask, why did you take it to a shop...Good question; given the results and my knowledge of the truck I will never do it again. I had hopes that someone who had been working on trucks for years could impart knowledge...I WAS WRONG. They do not care about "your vehicle" only the volume of vehicles that go through their shop. The simple small cars and city drivers who know nothing of engines are how they make money.
Don't take a valuable vehicle there, they have NO CARE for performance engines.
