Buyer Beware! Prepare for endless legal threats and half-truths from the fella that runs things. We experienced excessively LONG building delays and random steep price increases they would not clearly explain. Once your Sposen home is built prepare yourself for more financial strain. We learned from our neighbor that our home was built by a revolving door of subcontractors and managers who did a terrible job and would frequently complain about the guy that runs things to the neighbors around our home. My wife and I have had multiple issues with the condition of our home since moving in and Sposen is not interested in making things right or correcting their subcontractors' shoddy workmanship. This has been a very expensive mistake for our family. Take it from my wife and me and find another builder!
