I bought an international ticket from them and am out thousands of dollars because they made the reservation by adding my middle initial to my first name. I tried for months to get this fixed with AranGrant. They didn't do it and the airline told me they would not be able to let me board due to the name not matching my passport. Their customer service is no help and is misnamed. Should be customer abuse department.
