As an officer of the court, I pride myself on doing everything on the up and up. My 73-year-old aunt told me about "One Big Beat" and how she remembered it as a kid and could never find it. I was excited to find it on the web at zeusdvds.com. It arrived one week later. My aunt received it today and said it came loose in an envelope with some bubble wrap. No shipping slip, no case, no formal packaging of any kind. I thought maybe it got damaged in shipping and it was just put in a different envelope. I started thinking about it and it was at me and I thought of pirating or bootlegging. I started googling and came across this site and I feel like throwing up. I will be gathering the packaging and DVD from my aunt. I don't care that I lost out on the money, but this needs to go to the proper authorities, I just don't know who to go to with this. I attempted to call them, and the phone number on their website comes back as a number no longer in service. I sent them an email and it bounced back.
Tip for consumers:
Check, double check, and triple check when doing business with unfamiliar companies. Dummy me.
Products used:
We are not using what I consider to be a bootlegged DVD. I told my aunt to hold it on the side until I see her and I will collect it and present it to the proper authorities.
