Placed a preorder for an item back in Feb and waited for months for it to release. When the item is about to be release in Aug, Amazon decided to cancel my order out of nowhere. They claimed that it is due to suspicious activity but is unable to provide any basis to support their claim. The only suspicious activity I am seeing here is Amazon's service. They only give standard replies and refuse to assist further.
Thanks to them, I am unable to get the item at retail price and it's scalpel prices everywhere in the market.
Think twice before placing an order with them for something limited and of value. You are better of ordering elsewhere.

Took countless tried to get preorders in and when its time for shipping, payment couldn't go through. Contacted support and they are absolutely useless. All they do is copy and paste standard replies telling me to wait or to try another card when the issues lies with their website. Support starts ignoring me after sending me standard replies. They just drag till my preorder got cancelled due to non payment and close the case. Trash team trash platform.
