I compared a few custom framing sites, but ordered from them because I liked the selection and the process seemed more straightforward.
I wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered! I ordered 3 frames over a month ago and have not received any updates. I checked the site and it showed they had delays from COVID19. I kept checking back and the delays kept growing longer and longer, but I kept patiently waiting. I finally reached out to customer service about the status of my order, but I just got a generic response. I reached out again and have not heard back at all. I am going to report them to my credit card company because they stole over $200 from me.
