Never Again! Once they have your payment method and you get the sorry we are out of stock email all phone calls and emails will go unanswered. Customer service will pull a cease and desist. If you have questions, don't bother calling, it is as if they have caller ID and if your payment has cleared they cant be bothered talking to you. You will get the voice message that they will get back to you before the end of the day. Don't hold your breath waiting for that call. If I can save just one person from this BS company than this post was worth it.
Tip for consumers:
Do yourself a favor and do not shop here. This vendor is beyond bad. Excuse after excuse, no communication unless they are after a credit card number. The most unsatisfactory online shopping experience I have ever had. I will never shop here again.
