It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I haven't heard anything back from customer service regarding the status of it. When I ordered, nothing on the site (not even in their shipping and returns page) stated they were behind on orders or are experiencing delays, etc. They shouldn't just leave customers wondering what their order status is or when an item will be fulfilled. I've heard before that their customer service isn't the best and now I'm getting firsthand experience. It's only been 2 weeks, so I wanted to give it a little more time to see if I'd get a response from my inquiry but honestly I'll be looking at other suppliers for my products. I've gotten a lot of recommendations that are comparable in prices or are priced a little higher with no handling fee so I'd ultimately be paying a fairer price in the end. WSP fails in delivering exceptional customer service. I may try to seek a refund.
