One of the bad coustomer service. I bought extra luggage of 3kg (₹1350) from the app which didn't reflect in the airline account and I got to know this in airport, so I had to again pay for extra luggage in the airport.Funny part airport people gave me 6 kg in ₹1300. The ground staff asked me to reach out the customer service which had some technical issue at that point and I was unable to reach them for next 3 days. Finally after a week when I was able to reach them over a chat a lady name Rebanta asked me to send the pdf of the amount I paid in the airport and I did that immediately (dated 14th feb'24). For last 9 days they are giving me timeline of 48hrs and still the process is going on.

I have attached the screenshot of the message I received from MakeMyTrip after purchase and the image that I had to again pay in the airport. Repeatedly I told them please give me a exact timeline which they have failed.

I would request please purchase the extra luggage from the respective airlines websites and this I was even warned by the airport ground staff people.
