I had to call in to purchase a bag that was 50% off which was a really great deal for this type of bag and brand. They said it was available and I was able to purchase it and took money from my credit card. In the process of ordering it, I had to repeat myself so many times. It's like their workers are not competent at all.
I got the confirmed email. Couple of days later, I got another email that it was ready to ship. Then a day later, I got another email that said my bag is no longer available.
I was pretty upset. I contacted customer service and told them what happened. All they wrote was, "it was cancelled." I did not cancel anything! The customer service didn't even bother to help. I bet you their own people kept it for themselves.
Never buy from this company ever again. Waste of my time shopping with them.
