Placed an order on Nov 13,2023 with hope that I would get my products by Christmas. 3 emails, still no reply. Worst scam ever.
They have already charged my credit card. I have lost more than 200 dollars? Are you legit company? Worst experience. I am going to report you in court.

Thank you for contacting us. Your order has been delivered to customs in your country. Once the process with customs is completed, the package will be handed to your local postal service for final delivery. This may take a few weeks depending on current shipping rules in your country. The tracking number was sent automatically to your email address. We recommend keeping an eye on it until the order is delivered.
For some internationally shipped orders, tracking may end once it reaches the destination country and we are unable to follow tracking for international carriers after that point. You should receive your package as soon as the customs officials release it.
