Don't bother wasting your time ordering from Joann.com. When your order doesn't arrive by the date shown on their email update, they will simply tell you that they have 10 business days to deliver--even if they have sent you notices with a much earlier delivery date. They refuse to cancel the order and insist that you return the items to the store. Since they refuse to be held accountable for their poor customer service and delivery practices, I will NOT be ordering from them again.
Tip for consumers:
Shop at Amazon instead. They ship and deliver items MUCH faster.

You might get a good deal a few times, but if anything ever goes wrong with your order, then they will give you the run-around endlessly! Their money-back guarantee is a LIE. They make false promises that they never keep.

Fedex failed to deliver my package on time and was a day late. Nuts.com apologized and refunded me for the melted item--so I would consider purchasing from them again.
