Ordered two case of IphoneX on 6th Oct 2020. It's 17th Oct now, no reply from their support team...
Dear Customer,
We informed all our customers Ordering between March thru June 2020 about no dispatches happening because of Lockdowns due to COVID 19 issue... Also after commencing dispatches post lockdown, we also informed all customers that we will prioritize dispatches to Prepaid customers ( who have paid upfront and waiting for over 2 months) and then send out dispatches to COD customers. Also, We sent out messages & emails to our COD customers asking them whether they still needed our products since COD orders were pending over 2 months too.
You being a COD Customer, would also have got messages on your Phone / email. We understand your frustration on not getting your order, but please understand (yours being a Cash on Delivery order) if you do not respond about whether you require it or not, we cannot send it out.
We would request you to place a fresh order and post our delivery and quality of the product, Please reconsider changing your review. Thank You. Stay home Stay Safe..
