I have been struggling to get my phone working for the last three weeks. I called fifty times everytime they give me a ref. Number. To start with they gave ref no. *******, *******, *******, *******. When I requested for cancellation they denied. I paid them $23 but they took $192 from my account. Now they are not refunding it. When I ask for supervisor to help me they avoid it. I am held up and tell people to be careful with this company. I am in Virginia for business work but lycamobile has not only damaged me but the company also I work for.
