I ordered shoes at the store in phoenix AZ, they sold me an online order that had to be mailed. 5 days later, I received an email that they were unable to fulfill my order due to inventory. An refund was supposed to be issued in 1-3 business days, however, 2 weeks later, still no refund and the holidays are here and I am unable to use the refund money for a gift that I never received. The stores will not help. They say to call the customer support number. I have called every day and can not get passed the 50-70 minute wait time on hold, which increases as I wait. I have emailed them nonstop but the emails say that they will take5-8 business days. But that was 2 weeks ago.
I literally have no idea what to do anymore. Why would they even sell me a shoe that wasn't in stock. Quick as heck to take your money, but they take for every to refund it.
EDIT: just got a hold of a customer service rep after waiting 40 minutes: they said they have to send a check which will take 2-3 weeks to arrive! Which is well past the holidays and I'm screwed. They are unable to credit it back to my card. Never shopping with them again.
