“Stay away”

I bought a laptop battery. 46 days after the transaction, the package is returned because the address is wrong. I wrote them an email asking for an explanation and a copy of the address I gave to them. 2 months and still waiting for the reply. I filed a complain via PayPal. They sent me to the mail service instead of showing me the address I gave them.
I wish I could review the product. I just want my money back. A local shop got the battery in 3 days.
