Long wait for your item, you must pay extra on top of your purchase for delivery costs. Not easy to track the status of delivery, I never went back, first and last purchase.

Usually, the estimated day of delivery is met a day before and I have always been impressed with how quick and efficient they deliver on time. They keep you posted and updated and at any time can go and track the status of your shipment. Payments and reward bundles make it an ideal way to pay via different channels, such as ebucks etc. The packaging is always impressive and care is given to each and every product to ensure that it is handled with care.

I ordered the resin necklaces and despite taking a bit long they did arrive, also our postal services are bit slow which also doesn't help. I am pleased with the product, you get what you pay for as they say. Prompt email responses from Pioneerrevival which helps to ease the nerves. If you are ordering as a gift for someone on a tight schedule, ensure you allow for sufficient time to place your order (+-3 months is safe waiting time).

It was worth the wait, the two watches I ordered felt like a good build and great features, good value for money. Good response from the Chicuu team as well.
