HORRIBLE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!
I will NEVER again EVER waste my money here! The dress I ordered came in defective and they dare to offer 40% of my money back! How dare them! It is not even good to give away! The sleeves are chopped and ruined! My son's wedding is next week and I have to figure out what to wear and spend time and money due to JJs House negligence! I understand the return policy on costume made but this policy should not even matter when the product is defective! I DEMAND MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK! 100% REFUND at least! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at JJs HOUSE!
