Sedo offers no customer service. It was terrible working with them and I would never do it again. Sedo comes across dishonest and incompetent. It doesn't help their site hasn't changed since 2002, pretty embarrassing for a "tech" company.
Virtually non-existent customer service. Chatbots and no real email to get hold off. Useless trying to return a deflective item, it's just an agonizing goose chase.
