I took a chance on Shnoop as a first time customer and in every regard, this has been a disappointing experience. I ordered eyeglass frames, and supposedly they shipped the following day. Not so. They printed a shipping label, and said that the item had shipped, though the USPS did not have custody of the item until the following week! I finally received my frames, but they were not the correct size. I used the web site to initiate an exchange, and I did receive automated instructions, but the instructions were for a return, not an exchange. I asked 3 times for a return authorization form, which is part of their instructions, as well as a shipping label. No responses after a week! I contacted them using their email address and their own web site.
