Dear marcia D., we've checked your order 12198714 and found it was shipped on 5th Feb by air mail without tracking number. Normally it will take 7-20 working days to arrive USA, on rare occasions it may take longer than this. Could you please wait one more week? If it still doesn't arrive, we will arrange reshipment or refund for you, is it ok? Please advise.
