Horrific customer service. Treadmill was not working from day 1 and ager 7 months and 20 hours over the phone they could only offer a new machine but it was a 4 month wait. That is almost a full year to get a working treadmill!
I highly recommend you do not buy from Bowflex based on my personal experience.

Their customer service is horrific. After 7 months and 20 hours on the phone with them of trying to get my treadmill track from stop skipping they offered only a replacement but it was a 4 month wait.
Terrible product. I'll never buy from BowFlex again! Thank god Canadian Tire offered an in-store credit or that would be a year out 1700 dollars and no treadmill.
