This company displayed an item that I ordered, but the item delivered was not what was described or as photographed and portrayed on their webpage for the item. They don't take calls on the phone # prominently displayed on their website, and in email response to my complaint they repeatedly stated that they don't take opened items. The item wasn't even in the manufacturer box shown on their webpage for the item, so it was already "open" upon receipt. Therefore, according to them, they won't take it back. Nevertheless, they provided an RA# and address for me to ship it back to them, at my expense. If they don't take back opened items due to potential infection and sanitation concerns, why did they give me an RA#? This is totally futile and illogical. They should just refund my money, since who ever shipped my item was playing some sort of joke. I have photos of what the item looked like on the website but their image isn't large enough for this website. I have sent proof of purchase.
