Terrible. Ordered a puck for fathers day well over a month ago. Still haven't received it, so when I emailed their customer support as there is no phone number to reach an actual person. I got an email reply stating they would check on it. Then nothing, emailed again, working on it. I am so tired of it, I just want my money back. Just throw your money in the trash or find another site with Mr. Orr merch.
