Horrible service. Ordered pocket planner. Shipped from Austin, Texas 23 December. Projected delivery 26 December. Never delivered. Tracking says delivery now 27 December. No delivery 27 December. Tracking now says delivery 28 December. Today is 29 December. Tracking shows package departed UPS facility in Austin,Texas 23 December. That's the only tracking. Package never made it to Colorado. Two emails to customer service. No response. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt of the emails. 25 minutes on hold with customer service. Eventually hung up. They have lost my business.

We apologize for the negative experience you had with us. I can completely understand why you were frustrated with the ever changing delivery estimates from UPS tracking. We found out later on that they were providing our customers with some very unrealistic, very incorrect delivery dates. We have definitely reported this to UPS. I also apologize for both the hold time and delays in responding to your email. We get the vast majority of our customer contacts every year between the months of November through January. If you attempt to contact us during those months, the wait time will be extremely long. This is even with us hiring temporary additional staff for both our call center and our warehouse. There is normally little to no wait time on the phone, chat, and email during the rest of the year.
