I read all of the obvious information before making any purchases, so I'm very certain that their "fine print" about returning within 21 days or you're paying $80 per product was basically hidden from view. It had to be placed in non-conspicuous places.
If they are concerned at all about being up-front and honest, there should be a check box acknowledging all of the facts of what you are committing to. Instead, so many of us are unexpectedly hit with $160 on top of the shipping charges for a product that we are not pleased with. (If I was pleased, I would have taken the next step to contact them for refills.) I guess deception is their only way to make money.
