We have ordered Korg PCB in November 2021. In 2 months the package has not arrived, and everything we received from the store: we don't know where your package is, deal with it.

I understand that sometimes the delivery fails, but they know all the details of the shipment and can reach out to the shipping company and ask for details or file for a return/refund, not me.

I was offered no help instead and literally would not recommend them to anyone.
