I canceled the service for moving to a different location that doesn't accept their service. They increased my bill of my iPhone and iPad bc the wifi was canceled,. But they still charging for next two months/half to my bank bc I didn't canceled automatic payments. When I found out I call again and request a refund bc the service was canceled but still charging for the wifi and increased the bill for canceling. I was approved for refund 5 times, included my bank statement proof I was charged but never received my refund. At the end they didn't give any refund and besides that they scaled my request of refund to a list of terrorists. So don't lose your time requesting refund just make the complaint with the bank to cancel unauthorized transaction for a service was not received and don't deal with this kind of business. Amen.
