Great workout and stress reliever. Feel more motivated to exercise than I did going to gym and have built more confidence in myself. I have become more toned since coming ILKB for over a month than I ever did going to the gym.The instructors are great. Thanks to the instructors for their motivation and making each class so enjoyable
