I ordered based on a beautiful photo on the website of a flower-filled basket. My friend received a basket with very few, and very unhealthy, flowers. I am embarrassed! Immediately called FTD and was told a replacement would be sent. Three hours later and I have not heard. Visiting hours at the funeral home are over now. Called FTD and they had no info but told me not to worry - tomorrow flowers should arrive.
Rather than connect me with a manager, I was put on hold. Twenty minutes later no one has answered. Last time I will order from FTD
