WHAT NEXT ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE DNA SAMPLES OF THE OWNER TO CHECK IDENTITY?!

And Ah if you have reinvested my money somewhere to eat the interest amount then say it on the face, your field manager is coming up with such lame and useless response.

For my bad luck, I got lured in to paying Rs******* to rent my apartment in Bangalore. Before the payment was made the NOW RELATIONSHIP MANAGER SUSHMITHA SRINIVAS was calling us innumerable times a day promising world class service.
Once the payment was, done the phone calls disappeared and she would send bulls**t emails and futile reasons convincing me to buy their home cleaning and decorating service to loot me of another few lakhs. Frustrated by their inefficient behavior I arranged for getting the apartment cleaned and redecorated myself. I received a new tenant for better package in no time.
Ironically the fraudster,liar and unprofessional RELATIONSHIP MANAGER SUSHMITHA SRINIVAS of no broker went into hiding not answering calls, deactivated the chat on no broker even trying to inactivate my no broker account.
After many professional emails to <*******@nobroker.in and *******@nobroker.in, and no response I was forced to get this public.

It's shocking to know that in spite of having a so called dedicated field manager SUSHMITHA SRINIVAS, you do not have any insight about the property. ONLY petty reasons of rejection and the useless list of phone numbers sent are inappropriate. Evidence attached.

As per the agreement before handing the payment, it is a money back policy, when you do not fulfil the agreement of arranging suitable tenants, you refund the amount! This has been informed by your customer care (evidence uploaded).
The process for this refund was initiated in December 23 and the whole two months have just gone futile with your agent SUSHMITHA SRINIVAS of no broker asking for a full agreement! After receiving the full agreement she has the audacity to say agreement has full name printed but account only short name. LISTEN LADY find another bulls**t reason.
THE APARTMENT paid for and agreed for are evidenced with all the papers. WHY TH H*LL HAVE YOU HELD BACK MY MONEY WHEN YOU HAVE NOT EVEN DONE ANY WORK.

Its ironic when asked how many pages of the agreement she has got, she is speechless and then says she has not herself viewed the agreement!

SUSHMITHA SRINIVAS of no broker is doing a fabulous job to repeatedly call to harass my mother that the agreement is incomplete. Great tactics! NOW SHES MAKING NEW EXCUSES. Hats off once again to the Relationship manager of the year Sushmitha who does not leave a stone unturned to disappoint and pass time

The agreement that has now been sent 'n' number of times, to every identifiable email id provided by yourselves, which is duly notary certified on legal stamp paper, with complete details of the terms of agreement and duly signed.

Regarding your reply of WAITING FOR A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, what time scale do you speculate this will go on?

The payment of 12K was made instantly after 'n' number of calls from your agents who guaranteed world class service ( who ever knew)or full refund as per policy!

I'M NOT SURE WHETHER THIS AMOUNT HAS BEEN REINVESTED, AT YOUR END, IN SOME FORM OF FUNDS OR IN SOME SWISS BANK, that it's taking so long to finalize.
