I purchased 2 different orders from them, one is for my sister for her birthday, while the other one is for me. Upon purchased of my order, I chatted and sent an email to their customer service, to please send me a white box, the packaging I've seen from some reviews is really nice and attractive. As a customer, that was the exact package I expected. I then finally got my package, it was just in a yellow thin paper, and my package was wrapped in bubble plastic thing. Instead of white box, I received a black one, totally broken, and damaged. I took picture of the package and sent it to them. They told me to place another order so they could send me a new box. I was so disappointed and frustrated. They want me to spend again after the 2 consecutive purchased I recently did. If you are thinking of buying from Soufeel, don't expect too much. You might just get dissappointed, just like my experienced.
