I had purchased a tripod for my camera last August and a part had snapped off after my second use. I called SSE for a replacement because I really like that tripod and Logan Cohen took my call. Not only was he very personable, professional and courtious, but he send me a whole new replacement for my tripod. Not every store does this and I wanted to shout out to SSE PhotoVideo for being pro customer. I will definitely continue to do business with SSE in the future.
