After spending almost 10k on a website and training almost a year ago. April 2020... here we sit... about 3 months after we paid in full, the project managers just dropped off the face of the planet. I emailed and emailed and emailed. Even Emailed the owner, with no response. We had training calls randomly cancel with no reschedule. Finally in December sent a message Via facebook and got a response! And we have apparently been playing games back and forth since. On Feb 2,2022, the owner Jeff called us and promised he would personally make sure we got what we paid for and for us to give him to the next week and he would get back to us. Well... Here it is a whole month later. And we have not heard 1 word. My suggestion is to not use this company! We literally just threw 10k out the window. I mean doesn't everyone just have that to throw out. NO! And neither do we. But hey, something most have happened for everyone contracted there to just stop working with the company.
If I could give negative stars I would but 1 star is the lowest I can go!
