I have been a Netflix customer for 20 years.
I AM DONE!
WHAT am I paying for?
Terrible selection, non existent customer service & it's WAY TOO EXPENSIVE & NOW THEY WANT MORE!

I've been a returning customer for several years... until a glitch on their website forced me to ACCIDENTALLY duplicate the order. It is a GLITCH.
Will they acknowledge the issue?
NO.
Will they refund the DUPLICATE?
NO.
Cassandra sent me an email telling me there was NO ERROR or duplicate.
Then I get a snotty response which totally went downhill after that.
She is HORRIBLE & RUDE.
NEVER order from them.
Save yourself the aggravation.

Is not worth the money he don't have translate for all movies and some movies not there if u go...
