I am so upset. I should know better and should have researched the vendor, but didn't. My financial institution also called me almost immediately & told me of the possible fraudulent vendor and now I have a "ticket open". I also contacted the better business bureau. Immediately after receiving the call from my financial institution, I called the company to cancel my order and could only leave a message, then I tried their "live chat" and could only send a message and lastly, I emailed them and again EXPRESSED CANCELLATION and am waiting on their reply... I am so disappointed as I honestly think any positive reviews I have read were their "staff" and not true consumers... SMH...
