Worst choice I ever made. They are fueled by Expedia. Cancelled 1 day before, and AmEx found they have this right. Awful, awful & awful! Don't ever use them! Sorry I even thought I'd be refunded my money. Worse choice! Stay away! Warning! Poison!

Warning Re: No refunds!

None. I tried to cancel a stay at Showboat casino and unable to get a refund. :(
