Finally the shoes after a long wait. They were not at all as pictured, plus were too small - not the size they were supposed to be.
Tried contacting Girotti repeatedly - no reply. I'm giving up and tossing the shoes in the donations pile. $200+ and all the time and frustration make for an expensive lesson to learn. Luckily, you can learn from my experience and save your money.
Order only if you're willing to take a high chance that you will lose your $200.
I ordered my shoes a month ago. Pretty promptly got an email that the shoes were being shipped. After that, nothing. No shoes, no communication. Tracking number shows error. The phone goes to voice mail and calls are not returned. Emails are answered by the same standard form email they sent me three weeks ago, ignoring my requests and questions. At this point I'm pretty sure my shoes are either lost or were never shipped in the first place. I wish I had checked their reviews before giving them my money. The whole thing appears to be a sham.
It's been three weeks since I paid for boostlash product and not a word from the company. Tried emailing repeatedly,no reply, and there's no phone number. So looks like $60 down the drain!

The best thing about this brand is that their clothes are US made, which I try to honor. In the end, however, the negatives outweigh the positives. The dye lots are all over the place and items don't match each other. Sizes are also inconsistent. And worse yet - the return policy is terrible: returns for credit only, it takes forever to get the credit, and by then they're sold out of your size. Ugh. Done shopping here.

I really don't understand what value they add. Most merchants already give free shipping and returns - so maybe use shoprunner for the ones that don't? I ordered a pair of shoes through them from Neiman Marcus to be delivered from Dallas to Houston. It's taking them SIX days. I could drive it in about four hours.
Having to buy on line because can't get thru to make an appointment for in person shopping. Very frustrating
My return package of 5 items worth $1600 went missing at UPS. The Real Real needs to file a trace request with UPS, and they simply don't care enough to do it! It's like beating your head against the wall - they just send you to the lowest level "associate" who does his best to get you to shut up and go away. I am out all this money and it might as well have been flushed down the toilet - there is no redress! Do business with these people at your own risk.
